Is subscribing to the newsletter free?

Yes, subscribing to our newsletter is absolutely free and does not involve any obligation to purchase. It offers you the opportunity to always be updated on promotions, the launch of new brands and designers and the world of DRESSI J.

What do I do if I forget my password?

No problem: choose the “Forgot your password?” option. from the Login window. You will receive the link via email to securely set the new password for your account (if you do not receive our email immediately, also check the Spam tab of your inbox). How can I change my email address?

To change the email address associated with your profile on DRESSI J, enter your "My Account" page, select the "Account Details" item and proceed with modifying the relevant "email" field. After entering the new email address, confirm your choice by clicking the "Save changes" button.

How is my data processed?

DRESSI J attaches great importance to the security of your personal data and the need to process them according to the strictest Italian legislative requirements (Legislative Decree no. 196/03). You can find more detailed information on this in the Privacy and Cookies area. The reference address regarding Privacy (art. 7 of the Privacy Code) is Dressi J di Carmen Sollo Via Emilio Scaglione, 20 – 80145 – Naples (NA).

Shipping & Deliveries

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €100. For orders under €100, the shipping cost will start from €8.90 and will vary based on the volume of the order and the destination area. Based on commercial conditions and the volume of the order, a delivery fee may also be foreseen for orders over €100. However, the amount will always be communicated to you before completing the order. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to write to info@dressij.com.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

Upon actual receipt of payment, it takes 1-2 working days to process the order. After that, the courier will take 24 hours to ship throughout the national territory and 48 hours for remote areas and islands.

Are international shipments possible?

Contact us before proceeding with the order, to ensure that your preferred destination is covered by our international couriers.

What should I do when my order is delivered?

We recommend that you always check your order upon delivery. Check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note, also checks the integrity of the packaging and the possible presence of signs of break-ins or anomalies with respect to the integrity of the contents. In case of anomalies, indicate the words "Acceptance with reserve" on the carrier's delivery note at the time of signature and write to info@dressij.com reporting the delivery details. We remind you that you have 14 days to report any discrepancies and make a complaint. In fact, beyond this deadline, we will no longer be able to accept complaints or reports.

How does the “Free Shipping” promotion work?

Shipments are normally free in Italy for all orders over €100 and cost €8.90 for orders under €100.

DRESSI J reserves the right, at certain periods of the year, to activate the special "Free Shipping" promotion, with which we will cover the shipping costs to Italy for all orders, even those under €100. However, remember that this type of promotion does not apply to large or non-standard size orders.

Orders

How can I place an order on DRESSI J?

Ordering on DRESSI J is very simple and takes just a few clicks. After selecting all the products you want, access the Cart via the icon at the top right, review the items you have added and click on the "Checkout" button. Don't worry: you will still be able to modify the products entered or change your mind until the end of the purchasing process. To continue with the order, some data is required, including the shipping address and, if you want an invoice, the tax code or VAT number: make sure you have everything at hand. At this stage, choose whether to save your data for future purchases or proceed without registering. After specifying your details and entering any coupon, select the payment method you prefer: make sure you have your credit card details and the SecureCode code available, if provided by your bank. By clicking on the “Place Order” button, your order will be completed and you will receive a confirmation email. If you have selected the bank transfer method, a second email will be sent to you with the payment details (if you do not receive our email immediately, also check the SPAM folder in your inbox).

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Once you have completed your order, you will no longer be able to modify it: for this reason we recommend that you carefully review the items you are purchasing before proceeding with payment. If you wish to cancel your order or part of it, please write to info@dressij.com. Remember that cancellation cannot be carried out if the order has already been shipped: in this case you will have to activate the return procedure.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order with – credit card/prepaid card (via the PayPal Payment option form) – bank transfer* – PayPal. If paying by credit card, we recommend having the SecureCode provided by your bank ready to speed up your purchase. In case of payment by bank transfer, you will receive all the information in a specific email, in which you will be asked to send a copy of the payment slip to info@dressij.com. *To use the bank transfer payment method, you must already be registered on our site or proceed with the purchase as a "New Customer". Security is always a priority for DRESSI J, so your information will always be protected by the latest and most up-to-date technologies.

Where can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, access your Account page at the top right of the homepage and select the "My Account" item. Here you can view the list of all your orders and monitor the processing phase of those in progress. We will notify you of the delivery of your order 24/48 hours before it is placed, with a communication to the email address indicated at the time of purchase.

Returns & Complaints

How can I contact you for product assistance?

If you have any doubts or need assistance regarding the products purchased, contact our Customer Service by writing to info@dressij.com. If you would like telephone contact, specify this in the email by entering your contact details: we will call you back as soon as possible.”

How can I make a return or replacement and in what timeframe?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item or intend to replace it with a different one (if available in stock), the return will be your responsibility and you will have to proceed with a new order. The items you intend to return must be in original condition, properly wrapped and packaged. For shipping, use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order. If this is not possible, use an equally safe protective box. In the event of a different or defective product, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund. Contact our Customer Service by writing to info@dressij.com within 14 working days from the order delivery date. We will organize the collection with one of our couriers and provide you with all the information. In this case, DRESSI J will refund the cost of the item and cover the shipping costs. Both in the case of voluntary returns and returns due to defects or discrepancies, remember to include a copy of the transport document in the package, which will be sent to you via email from our Customer Assistance service and in which you will have to highlight the returned products and the reason for the made."

How is the refund made?

Returning one or more products will result in a full refund of the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping costs to our warehouse. Only in the case of a defective or non-compliant product, DRESSI J will bear all shipping costs. The refund will be made via credit based on the payment method you used during the purchase. We will provide the refund once the arrival of the package has been confirmed at our warehouse.
